Mathpath 2006 held at the Univ. of California
Santa Cruz, CA
July 2 - July 30
Thank-you for running a great camp and taking care of all children so well! Congratulations for a job well done and for enriching those children's learning for their lifetime!
David came home in high spirits, feeling great about his experience at MathPath. I spent some time on the year book -- what a great "re-memory"! THANK YOU!!!!
-- Chang Ming, Topeka, KS

I'm proud to inform you that Carl was placed first in both the Written and
Countdown Rounds in the MATHCOUNTS Massachusetts State Competition, which
was held this past Saturday. Carl had an exceptionally positive experience at MathPath last summer. He
was truly inspired by both the Math and the people (students, instructors,
lecturers, staff members), we thank you for the opportunity and the
experience!
-- Huey Chan, MA

Nicolas came back all pumped up. He says he wants to go back next year; we were so happy.
We looked at the pictures and all the kids seem to have enjoyed the camp. I
know how challenging it could be to have 100 middle school kids.
We will look forward to the next year and thank you and your staff for such
a great experience for Nicolas.
-- Pascal and Sukmi Ledru, Boulder, CO

My daughter, Xingyu Zhou, returned to Saskatoon safely in the evening of July 30. She enjoyed the MathPath Camp very much. Before she went to this camp, she only read her textbooks. Now she is reading math books.
-- Rong Zhou, Saskatoon, Canada

It has been fun listening to Rohit talk about all his experiences at the camp which he thoroughly enjoyed.
-- Mukul Agrawal, Plymouth, MN

I am amazed how much Ryan has grown under your supervision. He is excited and more cool about math.
He is matured and more independent since he returned.
-- Gia Yoo, Bel Air, CA

Bryan is still excited about the experience there. He has started to read the books he bought in the camp
and spends one hour every day to study analytical geometry. The impact of
the camp will last a long time. We sincerely appreciate your time and
huge effort to organize this first-class math camp and your careful
arrangement for Bryan and other kids.
-- Lianglu Wan, Saskatoon, Canada

I appreciate so much that my kid returned well to bring mathematical mind plus physical and mental growth. We are so glad he had a good opportunity to take a broad view of mathematics. During the camp, I did not need to worry about his life because you have periodically emailed us details about classes, activities, and even the surroundings. I think "MathPath" was very satisfactory camp for the all students and parents. Dong Jun Min would like to return to MathPath 2007.
-- Ace Min, Montrose, CA

I heard from Michael that he was happy about Mathpath camp life. He told me that the all class lessons were great and some were a little bit difficult.
He said he wanted to come again to the Mathpath camp next year. He made a lot of friends, played soccer, and did swimming. He was happy with the visits to some interesting companies.
He told me he had learned new and interesting things in math class.
He told me you were always kind, helpful and nice to all students. Moreover, he mentioned that the old executive director is a great soccer player.
-- Yoon Han Hur, Toronto, Canada

Adam had an absolutely wonderful month. He was challenged mentally and enjoyed the activities with the other kids. He loved the math. Adam was one of the youngest campers and seemed to receive a lot of special staff attention throughout. You all do an excellent job. We feel fortunate that Adam could attend!
-- Gail Kalinich, Glen Ellyn, IL

The Mathpath summer camp is a wonderful experience for my daugher. It will definitely have a very positive impact on both her academic and personal life in the future.
-- Diane Li, New York

Our child was diagnosed as autistic though we did not inform you of this sufficiently in advance. It was apparent from the first day of camp that he would thrive there. The camp attended to my child's physical well-being better than at home. My child returned in better spirits than we sent him. We appreciate the Camp Report sent home after the camp ended. Among other things, it informs us the topics that our child studied.

My child tells me that each week the level of difficulty of the math work increased. In the fourth week the work became so challenging that she still remembers the problems. My daughter had a wonderful, wonderful experience at the camp.

My son was intellectually stimulated and well-cared for. He will be returning to the camp next year!

He liked not only the mathematics activities and classes but also extra activities like soccer, pingpong, and chatting with friends.
